SHIPPING

• Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the US. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout.

• International Shipping: Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7 business days (weekends not included), with custom orders requiring additional time.

PAYMENTS

• Payment Security: All transactions are securely processed, and we do not store your payment information.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Return Policy: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item, please contact us with photos of the damage.

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom orders may have different cancellation policies, so please contact us as soon as possible.

• Custom Order Policy: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once the design process has begun.
